Do we need new hardware to get started?

Usually not. The platform installs on existing servers and doesn't require changes to your network architecture. Your IT team can complete the deployment without deep AI expertise — typically in under 15 minutes for the base install. If you need GPUs or edge appliances, we supply them.

Will this work without an internet connection?

Yes. All inference and analysis happen inside your perimeter, and the edge layer buffers data through connectivity loss. Internet access is optional — used only if you choose to train larger models in a central or cloud environment.

Do we have to fine-tune a model on our data?

No. Personalisation comes from retrieval, not retraining. Documents are converted into semantic vectors and stored in the vector database, so answers cite your actual regulations, contracts, technical instructions and circulars — and stay current as documents change.

How does it connect to our legacy PLC and DCS estate?

Through the data concentrator layer, which handles OPC UA/DA, Modbus TCP/RTU, PROFIBUS/PROFINET, HART, EtherNet/IP, DNP3, IEC 60870 and serial RS-485. It isolates protocol complexity and delivers standardised, quality-checked, time-aligned data to the AI layer.

Does the platform support Persian?

Yes — natively, including two-way voice interaction via speech-to-text and text-to-speech. This matters for field operators, contact centre staff and any user who can't type while working.

How do we migrate off an existing OpenAI integration?

The API is OpenAI-compatible, so in most cases you change the base URL and the API key. Your existing application code, SDKs and prompt logic keep working — protecting the software investment you've already made.

What does a sensible first project look like?
